Job Title: Oracle FCCS Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Financial Consolidation and Close Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in financial consolidation and close processes, with a strong ability to design, configure, and support FCCS applications.

The selected candidate will work closely with finance stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely consolidation solutions, while also being open to learning and working on other consolidation tools such as Tagetik.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement, configure, and support Oracle FCCS for financial consolidation and reporting.
  • Develop and manage cube views, dashboards, and reports for business users.
  • Integrate and manage SmartView for ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with finance and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Maintain metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, and business rules within FCCS.
  • Assist in requirement gathering, design, and basic configuration for Tagetik-based consolidation solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle FCCS implementation and support.
  • Solid understanding of consolidation processes, intercompany eliminations, and financial reporting.
  • Experience working with Cube Views, Dashboards, and SmartView.
  • Knowledge of metadata management, data loads, and reconciliation processes.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
