Senior AI/ML Architect

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML professional to spearhead the design, development, and scaling of cutting-edge GenAI-driven solutions across learning and enterprise platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement AI/ML architecture strategy and roadmap
  • Lead the design and development of innovative GenAI-powered products and services
  • Design and architect scalable, modular, and automated AI systems
  • Promote experimentation with new models, APIs, and frameworks
  • Ensure seamless integration between model, infrastructure, and application layers
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams
  • Ensure production-grade performance, monitoring, and governance
Necessary Skills:
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing production-grade AI/ML systems
  • Strong background in Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning and Rationalized Architecture Guidelines (RAG)
  • Familiarity with vector databases (e.g. FAISS, Pinecone) and embedding generation
  • Proficiency in LangChain, LangGraph, LangFlow, and prompt engineering
  • Deep cloud expertise (AWS: Bedrock, ECS, Lambda, S3, IAM)
  • Infrastructure automation using Terraform, CI/CD via GitHub Actions or CodePipeline
  • Backend API architecture using FastAPI or Node.js
  • Monitoring & observability using Langfuse, LangWatch, OpenTelemetry
  • Python, Bash scripting, and low-code/no-code tools (e.g. n8n)
