Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle HCM Core HR functionalities.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Core HR configuration and Fast Formula development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. Additionally, experience with Oracle HCM Redwood UI or VBCS is preferred, as well as proficiency in related modules such as Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM Core HR functionalities
  • Develop and optimize Fast Formula for payroll, absence management, and benefits modules
  • Drive adoption of Oracle HCM Redwood UI features and VBCS extensions for enhanced user experience
  • Collaborate with HR business stakeholders to translate functional needs into technical solutions
  • Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and ensure integration with third-party applications
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices within the HCM team

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong expertise in Core HR configuration and Fast Formula development
  • Preferred: Experience with Oracle HCM Redwood UI or VBCS
  • Proficiency in related modules such as Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation
  • Experience with Oracle HCM tools like HCM Extract, HDL, BI Publisher, and Workflow
