Our organization is looking for an experienced CAD/CAE Support Engineer to join our engineering support team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience and possess strong technical skills in CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) software tools.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert technical support for various CAD/CAE applications, troubleshooting installation and performance issues, and assisting engineers with design and simulation challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing Level 1 & 2 support for CAD/CAE applications
  • Troubleshooting installation, licensing, file corruption, performance issues, and integration errors
  • Supporting CAD data handling including conversion, JT creation, and visualization workflows
  • Assisting engineers in solving model issues, file compatibility, and version-related conflicts

Required skills and qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, knowledge of CAD data structure, product assemblies, and lightweight visualization, as well as good communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
