Job Role: Senior Economist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive economic strategies for regional, urban, and industrial planning initiatives.
  • Lead or contribute to business cases, feasibility studies, and economic impact assessments that inform client visions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated project outcomes that meet high standards.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with internal quality assurance and control standards.
  • Support business development activities including contribution to project proposals and pitches.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication, presentations, and workshops.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, or a related field such as mathematics or statistics.
  • Master's degree (M.A. or MBA) is a significant advantage.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting, strategic planning, or project development roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering economic advisory services across sectors such as real estate, transportation, environment, tourism, and social infrastructure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
