Our Team Needs a Navigator

A growing company needs someone who can analyze data, identify patterns, and turn insights into actions driving real impact. As our Growth Program Manager, your role is to lead business data analysis, build dashboards, and connect web traffic to revenue attribution.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Data & Analytics
    • Lead business data analysis across sales, marketing, and operations.
    • Build dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets/BI tools to track website-to-sales conversions, pipeline velocity, and marketing ROI.
    • Partner with marketing to connect web traffic to lead generation, CRM, and revenue attribution.
    • Proactively surface insights and recommendations to improve revenue outcomes.
  • Strategy & Execution
    • Conduct ongoing market research to identify new business opportunities, competitive trends, and white spaces.
    • Build mini-strategies for growth experiments (new geographies, verticals, or customer segments).
    • Prepare concise reports and recommendations for leadership decision-making.
  • Sales Enablement & Operations
    • Own CRM automations (lead workflows, pipeline hygiene, triggers, integrations).
    • Manage sales reporting and dashboards, ensuring visibility into KPIs across teams.
    • Support sales enablement by preparing pitch materials, case studies, and data-backed insights.
    • Identify and implement process improvements for sales efficiency.
  • Project & Program Management
    • Act as the program manager for strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Ops.
    • Create project plans, set timelines, and drive accountability across stakeholders.
    • Ensure end-to-end execution of high-priority projects (from ideation to results tracking).
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and align resources.

  1. Data Analysis Skills: You should have expertise in data analysis, statistics, and data visualization tools.
  2. Business Acumen: A deep understanding of business operations, including sales, marketing, and finance.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present insights and recommendations to leadership.
  4. Project Management Skills: Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
