Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Platform Architect to join our team. This role plays a critical part in designing, building, and maintaining internal platforms and tools that enable software development teams to work efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in Windows Server engineering, including SCCM, Active Directory, and GPO. They will design and implement golden paths to streamline development processes across the organization.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and overseeing the implementation of Windows Server solutions, including Configuration Manager (SCCM), Group Policy, and CIS-based security hardening
  • Defining best practices for patch management, server software deployment, and disk space remediation
  • Leading troubleshooting efforts for complex infrastructure issues
  • Collaborating with teams to align infrastructure capabilities with business needs
  • Ensuring compliance with CIS benchmarks and internal security standards
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience in Windows Server engineering, including SCCM, Active Directory, and GPO
  • Proficiency in Ansible automation, especially in writing playbooks and roles for patching, reporting, and orchestration
  • Solid understanding of the Vulnerability Management Lifecycle and remediation planning
  • Experience in administering Group policy and Active Directory for server management, access control, and compliance enforcement
  • Proficiency in scripting (Powershell, YAML) for automation tasks and system integration
