Job Title: Technical Installation Specialist

We are seeking highly skilled technical professionals to join our team as Technical Installation Specialists. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the installation and servicing of IoT controllers designed for irrigation automation and fertigation systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installing IoT controllers at customer sites, ensuring proper setup and connectivity.
  • Performing routine maintenance and servicing of IoT controllers to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborating with the technical support team to address customer inquiries and resolve concerns.
  • Providing on-site training and support to customers on the operation of IoT controllers.
  • Documenting installation and service activities accurately.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical installations and servicing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
