Job Title: Senior Vice President of Wealth Management

The role involves managing a portfolio of high net worth individuals and ultra-high-net-worth clients, providing end-to-end investment advisory and wealth management solutions. This is an individual contributor role, requiring strong personal relationships, deep product knowledge, and a track record of building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Acquire, nurture, and grow relationships with high net worth/ultra-high-net-worth clients, family offices, and senior professionals. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their financial goals, risk appetite, and wealth planning needs.
  • Wealth Advisory & Solutions: Advise clients on a wide range of investment products, provide tailored wealth planning, tax-efficient investment strategies, and succession planning guidance. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, regulatory changes, and investment opportunities.
  • Business Growth & Revenue Generation: Achieve assets under management and revenue targets through focused client acquisition and wallet-share expansion. Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the wealth management and third-party product suite.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Post Graduate/MBA/CA/CFA preferred. 12–18 years of experience in wealth management/private banking with a reputable organization.
  • Proven track record of managing high net worth/ultra-high-net-worth client portfolios. Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and wealth planning solutions. Established network of high net worth/ultra-high-net-worth clients in key regions.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and advisory skills. High integrity with a client-first mindset.
