Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to oversee and manage our day-to-day production operations. This key role is responsible for ensuring timely delivery of products while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, specifically in a managerial role, with a proven track record of working in a USFDA-regulated environment. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
  • Maintain compliance with USFDA, WHO, and other regulatory standards in all production processes.
  • Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to prepare for and manage regulatory audits and inspections.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all manufacturing processes as per USFDA requirements.
  • Lead, mentor, and train the production team to ensure optimal performance and awareness of regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and implement process optimizations to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues.
  • Manage inventory of raw materials and ensure uninterrupted production.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-14 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical production processes, including tablet, capsule, injectable, or API manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with validation protocols, including IQ, OQ, and PQ processes.
