About the Role:

As a Product Designer, you will play a vital role in crafting user-centered solutions for complex problems. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the design process for new features and product areas, ensuring that user needs and pain points are at the core of every design decision.

  • Design Leadership: You will be responsible for guiding the design process, creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UI designs that effectively communicate your design vision and allow for user testing and feedback.
  • Collaboration: You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and user researchers, to bring product features from concept to launch.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the design process for new features and product areas.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, Interaction Designer, or UX/UI Designer, with a portfolio that demonstrates your design process and impact.

The ideal candidate will contribute to the evolution of our design system, ensure consistency in visual design, user interaction patterns, and accessibility across the product, and translate complex service workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces that support users in critical, time-sensitive tasks.
