Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network issues in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Network Performance Optimization: Perform 24x7x365 network monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management to ensure uninterrupted network availability.
  • Issue Resolution: Collaborate with global service providers to diagnose and resolve network issues.
  • Network Uptime: Maintain high global network uptime and rapidly restore services.
  • Cisco Routing Technologies: Configure, manage, and support Cisco routing technologies.
  • Switching and Firewall Operations: Provide support for switching and firewall operations.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation for incidents and resolutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Telecommunication or equivalent.
  • CCNA/CCNP certification required.
  • 6–7 years of experience in network engineering and support.
Essential Skills:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Routing technologies.
  • Good knowledge of Switching and Firewalls.
  • Expertise in diagnosing and resolving network outages.
