Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to help us build intelligent, scalable, and impactful solutions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary.

  • Experience working with major Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) is desirable.
  • Familiarity with MLOps way of working is an advantage.
About This Role

This is a senior-level position that requires technical leadership and vision. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert advice by communicating a structured narrative to non-technical staff and clients.
  • Being a coach and knowledge sharer.
  • Taking a leading technical role in a team structure.
  • Understanding customer business needs and translating them into end-to-end technical solutions.
  • Making applications that are carefully architected, scalable, and robust through combined skills in engineering and machine learning.
  • Using Python to deploy production-ready pipelines and ML models on the Cloud.
  • Exploring state-of-the-art ML research and driving internal evaluation and adoption of cutting-edge tools and frameworks.
  • Demonstrating high-quality delivery of projects.
  • Technically guiding junior engineers.
  • Delivering technical workshops for clients.
  • Leveraging expertise to help sales qualify and land exciting projects.
  • Taking ownership to lead projects with confidence as a tech lead.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Machine Learning: Experience with designing, developing, and deploying ML models is essential.
  • Software Development: Strong understanding of software development principles, including Agile methodologies and version control systems.
  • Cloud Computing: Familiarity with major Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) is desirable.
  • MLOps: Knowledge of MLOps best practices and workflows is an advantage.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for this role.
