Senior Software Implementation Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Project Delivery Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of software solutions to customers across various industries.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and technical delivery management, with experience in delivering large/medium software projects using Waterfall and Agile Methodology.
You will also need to have a good understanding of Risk, Fraud, Originations, Customer Onboarding domains, as well as experience in delivering software solutions in Loan Originations, Fraud, Decisioning, Customer Management.
A Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, or equivalent work experience, is required. Additionally, you should hold a PMP or equivalent project management certification like Scrum Master, SAFe.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure successful delivery of FICO software solutions to customers.
- Effectively manage commercials to secure committed revenue and maintain healthy margins.
- Implement effective change management to secure additional revenue for the organization.
As a Project Delivery Specialist, you will play a key role in the growth of our Services practice, implementing best practices and new methodologies to deliver projects as per agreed scope, schedule, and ensuring higher revenue and maintaining healthy margins for the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 15+ years of working experience.
- 8+ years of effective Project Manager experience.
- Experience in software implementation, project management, and technical delivery management.
- Delivered end-to-end large/medium software projects using Waterfall and Agile Methodology.
- Good understanding of Risk, Fraud, Originations, Customer Onboarding domains.
- Experience in delivering software solutions in Loan Originations, Fraud, Decisioning, Customer Management.
- Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent work experience.
- PMP or equivalent project management certifications like Scrum Master, SAFe.
- Willingness to travel 20-30%.
- Track record of owning and carrying out projects from start to finish with strong prioritization and time management.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with internal and external teams and varying levels of management.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Hindi, Marathi (optional).
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly collaborative approach to build, manage, and motivate project teams spread across geographies, departments, and organizations.
