Job Title: Master Conveyance Systems Engineer

  • Our ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in the design, development, and implementation of material handling systems, including belt conveyors, silos, hoppers, vibrating feeders, screens, dust extraction systems, trippers, belt feeders, belt weighers, magnetic separators, and bucket elevators.
  • The selected candidate must have a deep understanding of reclaimer, stacker, barge loader, barge unloader, truck loading/unloading stations, crushers, pneumatic conveying systems, diverters, slide gate valves, lifting devices (hoist and EOT cranes), and software knowledge of conveyor belt design and 3D modeling.
  • This role requires expertise in preparing process flow diagrams, schemes, and layouts for material handling systems in steel plants or power plants, as well as preparing profile drawings, calculations, and general arrangement drawings for belt conveying systems.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for creating technical specifications for material handling equipment like reclaimers, stackers, screens, crushers, and feeders.
  • We are looking for someone who can prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) or Bill of Materials (BOM) for conveying systems and develop concept notes, flow diagrams, conveyor design calculations, GA drawings, and detail fabrication drawings of technological structures.
  • Additionally, this role involves procurement engineering for material handling equipment, including datasheet review, technical specification development, technical bid analysis, offer evaluation, technical recommendation, and vendor document reviews.
  • Familiarity with applicable codes and standards (IS/CEMA/ISO) is essential for this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 5-15 years of experience in design engineering, preferably in the material handling industry.
  • Proficiency in Auto-CAD and MS-Office.
