Job Description:

Talentmatics is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect to join our team. As a key member of our cloud migration team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end cloud migration solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) that meet scalability, reliability, security, and performance requirements.

In this role, you will collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, technical requirements, and constraints. You will provide technical leadership and mentorship to migration teams and work closely with them to deliver high-quality solutions. Your primary focus will be on architecting optimized solutions using OCI native services such as Compute, Networking, Database, Identity & Security. Additionally, you will have extensive hands-on experience in large-scale migrations, including optimizing and managing workloads from AWS to OCI, as well as rearchitecting applications for OCI.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience as an OCI Cloud Engineer or in a similar cloud migration role, with strong expertise in cloud architecture design principles, security, scalability, and performance optimization. They will also possess extensive hands-on experience with cloud migration tools like Rack Ware, Cloud Endure, OCM, or AWS MGN. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud migration challenges, including dependencies, latency, and security configurations, is essential.

You will have experience with automating infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), such as Terraform, OCI Resource Manager. Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills are required to engage with stakeholders and guide technical teams. The ability to translate business requirements into scalable and secure OCI solutions is crucial.
