**Mobile Application Testing Lead**

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Test Lead with extensive experience in mobile application testing to spearhead our QA team's efforts.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled professional to drive quality, efficiency, and innovation in our mobile app testing processes.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in Charles Proxy, ADB commands, and mobile debugging tools, as well as excellent leadership skills to manage a team of 6 QA engineers.

About the Role:

Lead and manage a team of 6 QA engineers to deliver high-quality results on time.

Perform thorough testing of mobile applications for Android and iOS using expert-level skills in debugging tools.

Develop and optimize QA processes, test strategies, and best practices for mobile app testing.

Collaborate with developers and product teams to identify, debug, and resolve issues efficiently.

Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, automation strategy, and team efficiency.

Requirements:

7-9 years of total experience with at least 2-3 years as a Senior Test Lead/Team Lead.

Strong hands-on experience in mobile application testing (manual and debugging).

Proficiency in Charles Proxy, ADB commands, and mobile debugging tools.

Excellent skills in defect triage, bug reporting, and defending bugs with developers.

Experience managing a team of 5-8 QA engineers, with proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
