Job Title: Hardware Development Specialist

Job Overview:

Seeking a seasoned hardware development expert to lead our team in designing, developing, and testing cutting-edge ATM hardware solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement hardware designs that meet industry and customer standards, ensuring seamless system integration and compliance.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional software teams to drive project success.
  3. Establish and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS), conduct regular audits, and define quality procedures and standards to ensure continuous improvement.
  4. Coordinate with certification bodies for product approvals, adhering to 'Make in India' and global standards.
  5. Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and performance evaluations based on quality, cost, and delivery excellence.
  6. Lead hardware projects from concept to production, overseeing cross-functional teams, timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality results.
  7. Provide technical guidance and support to production teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Required Skills:
  • 10+ years of experience in hardware development, with a strong background in design, development, and testing.
  • Proven expertise in leading cross-functional teams and driving project success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
