BTP Integration Specialist Role Overview

The BTP integration specialist is responsible for maintaining and enhancing SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) integrations with various cloud solutions, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, and other connected systems. This role ensures seamless integration, system stability, and an optimized user experience across the SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain communication arrangements and RFC destinations for system integration.
  • Manage BTP subscriptions, destinations, and Cloud Connector connectivity to ensure secure and scalable integrations.
  • Design, configure, and administer roles, authorizations, and access control within SAP BTP and S/4HANA to ensure compliance with security standards.
  • Create and maintain Fiori Launchpad configurations, including catalogs, groups, roles, spaces, and pages, to provide a seamless user experience.
  • Troubleshoot and debug Fiori applications and services using analysis tools and transactions.
  • Configure, monitor, and manage API Management within SAP BTP for secure and scalable integrations.
  • Support OData service configuration, activation, and monitoring for application integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration between SAP BTP and connected solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for integration setups, configurations, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.
