Job Summary

Leverage technology innovation to drive immersive experience transformation, fostering a culture of continuous learning and Agile mindset across teams and portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies for adapting engineering and Agile best practices in an immersive learning environment.
  • Collaborate closely with other coaches to enable Agile culture and engineering excellence in the teams.
  • Build relationships with managers and directors to share progress, risks, and concerns.
  • Makes recommendations to establish and drive relentless improvement at the team and portfolio level.
  • Continuously improve through learning new tools, technologies, and best practices and shares learnings with others.
Technical Expertise:
  • Designs and implements strategies for adoption and maturity of DevOps and Engineering practices in an immersive learning environment.
  • Assesses software code base and technical debt.
  • Provides technical direction and guidance on roadmap to improve DevOps and Engineering best practices across portfolios and in multiple teams.
  • Influences Advisory Consulting portfolio VPs on engineering plan within transformation plan.
  • Trains and coaches teams on DevOps practices, tools, and technologies.
Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field)
• 8 years of total IT experience
• Experience working in a global collaborative environment
• Excellent listener with outstanding communication, facilitation, and influencing skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field)
• Experience in the Retail industry
