As our Project Design Coordinator, you will be an extension of the design team, providing local information during the design development process and monitoring project execution for quality of workmanship and design fidelity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design process by providing local support including knowledge on local aspects, site analysis, research, data collection & benchmarking studies.
  • Have thorough understanding of the design intent and GFC portfolio, ensure quality participation during execution stage.
  • Document all design fidelity and quality issues in WSRs and escalate to the Project Head/Regional Head when not attended to by vendor/client.
  • Coordinate between client & design team to provide best possible design solutions to execution issues & build client confidence.

Requirements:

  • B.Arch / M.Arch / B.Des / Diploma in Interior Design
  • Wide experience as a Design Coordinator with expertise in executing Interior Projects preferred.
  • Prior Site execution experience and Revit skills are desirable.
