As a Software Engineering Lead at UST, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality embedded software solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to lead cross-functional teams in designing, developing, and testing complex software systems. You will work closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop system-level specifications, architecture, and design documents
* Collaborate with IP owners, architects, and developers to ensure seamless integration and validation
* Create and execute test plans, validate software performance, and document results
* Mentor junior engineers, provide guidance, and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you must have excellent technical skills in C programming, microcontrollers, and firmware development. Experience with Agile methodologies, Waterfall processes, and Test Automation scripting languages like Python, Perl, or TCL is highly beneficial. You should be proficient in various debugging tools, including SimVision, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

We seek individuals with a strong background in CMOS image sensors, image data processing, and ISO26262 ASpice processes or Cybersecurity basics. Experience with System Verilog, FPGA platforms, and pre-silicon verification environments is also advantageous.
