The supply chain leader is a critical role that requires strategic thinking and leadership skills. The position oversees the entire supply chain function, including global sourcing, procurement, logistics, and vendor management.

Job Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to drive business growth and improve fill rates.
  • Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP): Lead monthly S&OP with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and goal achievement.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional team members, oversee hiring, onboarding, succession planning, and career development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate teams. The position offers a challenging and dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire supply chain function, including:

  • Global Sourcing: Lead domestic and international procurement for raw materials, packaging materials, and SKUs.
  • Logistics: Oversee logistics operations, including On-Time In-Full (OTIF) order fulfilment from warehouses and vendor locations.
  • Vendor Management: Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with global suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).

The successful candidate will have:

  • A degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in supply chain management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
