You will lead strategy and execution for UA campaigns across channels like Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and others. Your goal is to grow high-quality users efficiently, through rigorous testing, optimisation, and analysis.Responsibilities:
  • Plan, launch, and optimise UA campaigns across various ad networks (Meta, Google UAC, ASA, TikTok, Unity Ads, etc.)
  • Own daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting for paid marketing channels
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad assets tailored to each channel
  • Analyse cohorts and LTV: CAC metrics to continuously improve ROAS
  • Manage large UA budgets efficiently to meet acquisition and revenue goals
  • Coordinate with Product and Data teams to align UA with lifecycle marketing and app updates
  • Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and platform changes to identify opportunities
Nice to have:
  • Experience in subscription-based mobile apps or consumer tech products
  • Background in gaming, fintech, health, or education verticals
  • Familiarity with MMPs, SKAN 4.0, and privacy-first attribution strategies
  • Creative direction experience or a strong eye for high-performing ad creative
