We are seeking a highly motivated Student Counsellor to spearhead this growth. In this role, you will:

  • Prioritize universities based on course, rankings, specialization, location preference, and student/parent financial ability.
  • Provide impartial and honest advice to students on studying abroad, leveraging your passion for helping others.
  • Develop excellent communication and presentation skills, utilizing MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and good typing abilities.
  • Maintain accurate record-keeping in our CRM and deliver engaging presentations in webinars, seminars, and virtual counseling sessions via Zoom and Google Meet.
  • Offer clear and concise information, answering all inquiries from students with a willingness to work flexibly and adjust working hours as needed.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • 1-6 years of experience in counselling students, preferably in the study abroad sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and good typing skills.
