Job Description:

DB Corp is seeking an experienced IT Head to lead its application development and infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure, networking, and project management. They will be responsible for designing and delivering technology solutions that meet the company's business needs, managing a team of developers and vendors, and ensuring the smooth operation of the company's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the application development and infrastructure team to design and deliver technology solutions that meet business needs
  • Manage a team of developers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the company's digital presence, including web development, mobile development, and cloud infrastructure
  • Evaluate and recommend associated infrastructure solutions based on business requirements and user needs
  • Manage all IT processes associated with technology, web development, and mobile development, cloud model, and work on introducing disruptive startup technologies
  • Prepare business requirement documents, testing documents, project plan, roll out plan, and adoption plan
  • Train end-users, team members of technology, and project management
  • Be one point for solutions for business challenges, new requirements, and escalated issues
