Quality Assurance Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the implementation and review of our Food Safety and Quality Management System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure products meet company standards at optimal cost.
  • Implement and review Food Safety and Quality Management System.
  • Comply with statutory requirements, including DFTQC, FDA, and local government regulations.
  • Assure all products conform to PAPL specifications through supply chain to consumer process.
  • Comply with PAPL FSQA Mandates for plant operation.
  • Identify, plan, document, and manage practices, activities, and resources needed to meet quality goals and objectives.
  • Adhere to guidelines and requirements in manufacturing processes to ensure conformance to finished goods specifications.
  • Carry out required tests as per MTF for incoming raw materials, packaging materials, WTP, syrup preparation, and finished product.
  • Maintain two-way traceability forward until consumers and backward until raw materials.
  • Implement availability of standard chemical reagents, verification of concentration, and calibration program for equipment.
  • Verify storage condition conformity for raw materials, NABB, auxiliary material, and final product.
