Senior AI Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team as a key contributor in developing and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing generative models, fine-tuning pre-trained LLMs for specific tasks, and conducting research on new techniques to improve AI model performance and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop advanced AI models using various techniques like RAG, transformers, and other relevant approaches.
  • Fine-tune pre-trained large language models (LLMs) for specific tasks and domains.
  • Conduct research on new techniques for enhancing the performance and capabilities of generative AI models.
  • Apply software engineering best practices and rigor to AI/generative AI pipelines.
  • Evaluate and analyze the performance of AI/generative AI models.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI research.
  • Promote the development and deployment of proof-of-concept AI systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in generative AI or related fields.
  • Experience in building data pipelines, deploying AI/GenAI models in production, and monitoring their performance.
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Familiarity with RAG and other techniques for building generative models.
  • Extensive experience with Git, Docker, and a good understanding of Linux for server management.
  • Experience with cloud-based ecosystems, especially AWS AI services.
  • Exposure to AI frameworks and tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Methodical and meticulous approach towards work and planning.
