Lead Frontend Developer Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated frontend specialist with 2 years of React.js experience to contribute to our rapidly evolving AI product. The ideal candidate will build responsive, clean and modern interfaces for our productivity platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain accessible UI components using React and TypeScript
- Implement user-focused designs using Tailwind CSS
- Handle client-side routing, data fetching, and form logic using frameworks like TanStack Router, React Query, and React Hook Form
- Integrate frontend components with backend APIs in collaboration with backend developers
- Enhance the user experience across the product experience
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
- Write clean and maintainable code and participate in regular code reviews
- Optimize performance and contribute to improving overall frontend code
Required Skills:
- 2 years of professional experience with React.js
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with React Hooks and component-driven development
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS for styling
- Exposure to tools like React Query, React Hook Form, and TanStack Router
- Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility best practices
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with Next.js or similar frameworks
- Familiarity with data visualization frameworks like ChartJS or D3JS
- Knowledge of Git-based workflows, CI/CD practices, or cloud platforms
- Basic testing experience using Jest or React Testing Library
