Job Title

We are looking for a highly skilled WordPress Developer to lead our web development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in core web technologies and the ability to convert design mockups into responsive, high-performance websites while effectively collaborating with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites that meet client expectations.
  • Convert design concepts into visually appealing, user-friendly websites that meet performance standards.
  • Handle end-to-end website development, including theme and plugin customization.
  • Interact directly with clients to understand their requirements and provide timely updates on project progress.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance or functionality issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for optimal results.
  • Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
Required Skills:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in WordPress development.
  • Proficient in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress CMS.
  • Strong understanding of themes, plugins, and custom development.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients.
  • The ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
  • Additional skills like UI/UX design, SEO basics, or graphic design.
  • Experience with website performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
