Description:
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing business processes that align with our organizational goals. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

About the Role:
In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for creating process blueprints, gathering requirements from various stakeholders, and ensuring that all designs meet necessary functional requirements. Your typical day will involve engaging in quality management reviews, refining business requirements through workshops and meetings, and providing solutions to problems across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead cross-functional teams to perform tasks and manage projects
• Collaborate with multiple teams to gather requirements and contribute to key decisions
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to refine business requirements
• Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and design specifications

Professional Skills:
• Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA, SAP O Data, SAP RAP or SAP ABAP RAP is required
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and design methodologies
• Experience with process improvement techniques and tools
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to inform decision-making
• Familiarity with project management principles and practices

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA
• 15 years full time education is required
