Ethics Assistant Manager

This role involves core responsibilities such as leading internal investigations, managing POSH compliance, developing and delivering ethics training, reviewing and updating policies, collaborating with HR and legal teams, and maintaining confidential reporting systems.
The successful candidate will shape organizational culture by embedding ethical principles, monitor compliance trends, advise senior leadership on ethical dilemmas, and support ESG initiatives through ethical oversight. Key competencies include a strong understanding of corporate governance, labor laws, and regulatory frameworks, high emotional intelligence, ability to influence change, and drive ethical behavior across all levels of the organization.
