Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics AX professional to support our enterprise application environment. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of AX modules and be proficient in SQL development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support all core Dynamics AX modules, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Inventory Management, Fixed Assets, and Projects.
  • Work independently to debug existing AX customizations, trace and understand business logic in X++ and SQL, and extract and transform data from Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting and migration, perform pre- and post-validation to ensure data quality, and create documentation for SQL processes, data mappings, and validation steps.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX (2012 or later).
  • Strong knowledge of X++ development and AX architecture.
  • Proficiency in MS SQL Server and query optimization.
  • Experience with data migration, transformation, and validation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, minimal-supervision environment.
  • Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and optimizing the scripts.
  • Solid understanding of stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
  • Knowledge of data conversion best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Familiarity with other database systems is a plus.
