About the Position

We are establishing a new dairy processing facility and seeking an experienced Dairy Operations Specialist to oversee its setup, commissioning, and smooth operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic guidance on setting up the new dairy processing facility from design to commissioning.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for milk procurement, chilling, pasteurization, homogenization, packaging, and quality control.
  • Oversee equipment selection, installation, and process optimization in coordination with technical teams and vendors.
  • Create supply chain and distribution processes for efficient milk and dairy product delivery.
  • Train and mentor staff on best practices in dairy plant operations.
  • Provide expertise in ERP integration for procurement, processing, sales, and finance modules.
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor plant efficiency, yield, and quality.
  • Advise management on new product development and diversification opportunities.
  • Serve as a liaison between management, technical consultants, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
