As a senior audit professional in this role, you'll work alongside a collaborative team of accounting professionals. Your responsibilities will include supervising/mentoring staff and building/maintaining relationships with clients.

Audit Responsibilities
  • Lead engagement teams on planning and executing audits, reviews, or compilations.
  • Provide supervision and support to engagement staff, promoting open communication with managers and partners.
  • Collaborate with managers and partners on client issue resolution, recommending legal, regulatory, and accounting actions.
  • Manage multiple engagements concurrently, meeting client deadlines.
  • Conduct constructive evaluations and discussions with team members, providing counsel accordingly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Minimum 3+ years of post-qualification experience with U.S. accounting firms.
  • Working towards Chartered Accountancy preferred.
  • Experience and knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards required.
  • Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial work ethic commitment.
  • Competent analysis and prioritization to make recommendations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with Domestic (US) engagement teams.
  • Superior analytical, organizational, project management skills, and innovative problem-solving abilities.
