**Job Description**

We seek an exceptional Cyber Security Operations Center Specialist to oversee various security services across our organization and manage the overall security posture of vulnerability management, threat scaling, and incident handling processes.


This role requires active participation in security steering discussions with the management team and provision of the overall CSOC dashboard, along with reviewing metrics within the CISO functions to identify areas for improvement as part of an ongoing process.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing subject matter expertise in cybersecurity incident response during incident scenarios
  • Conducting host-based and network forensics, log analysis, and malware triage to support incident response
  • Closely collaborating with the Corporate/Infra IT Security team to implement and maintain security protection measures, policies, and procedures, including general IT standards, on a global scale
  • Ensuring the successful execution of incident handling procedures and direct response to security incidents
  • Monitoring and delivering services, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, Firewall, Web Content Filtering, Data Leak Prevention (DLP), Proxy, and Security Event Correlation and Reporting to appropriate Tier 2 incident handling staff or relevant sources to determine increased risk to the business
  • Identifying and analyzing technical and procedural vulnerabilities, providing recommendations for timely remediation
  • Resolving complex problems through advanced analysis and troubleshooting with minimal supervision
  • Establishing expertise in the security operational area
  • Demonstrating a deep understanding of security programs, tools, and best practices
  • Maintaining relevant certifications and licenses for Security Operations Center Manager, such as ISO27K: ISMS, CISSP, ITIL, CISM, GSEC, SIEM, ISSEP, ISSAP, GCIA.
  • Prior experience in leading the SOC for 3-8 years
  • A graduate/postgraduate degree in Computer Science/IT
