This is a high-profile opportunity for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our innovative team. As a key member of the engineering organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex data architectures.

  • Develop and implement modern data warehouse solutions using Snowflake, Databricks, and ADF.
  • Collaborate with DW BI leads to understand new ETL pipeline development requirements.
  • Triage issues to find gaps in existing pipelines and fix the issues.
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and develop data models to fulfill those needs.
  • Drive technical discussions with client architects and team members.
  • Orchestrate data pipelines in the scheduler via Airflow.

As a senior data engineer, you will have a deep understanding of data management principles and experience with Big Data technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, MongoDB, Cassandra, Neo4J, etc.

Key skills include expertise in Snowflake security, Snowflake SQL, designing/ implementing other Snowflake objects, hands-on experience with SnowSQL, Snowpipe, Snowsight, and Snowflake connectors.

","

A strong knowledge of data management principles, star and snowflake dimensional modeling, and data quality assurance are essential.

","

Additionally, you should have experience working in a DevOps environment with tools like Terraform, CircleCI, and GIT.

","

The ideal candidate will also have proficiency in RDBMS, complex SQL, PL SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and query optimization.

","

Experience working with structured and unstructured data, including imaging and geospatial data is a plus.

","

Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a high attention to detail are required.

","

Proficiency in RDBMS, complex SQL, PL SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and query optimization is highly desirable.

","

Experience working with cloud-based platforms, containerization, and microservices architecture is a plus.

","

Desirable skills include experience working with data lakes, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools.

","

Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required.

","

Total 6 years of IT experience and 3 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL projects is a must.
