Job Title: Big Data Developer

About the Role:

As a seasoned professional in big data development, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze technical specifications and requirements for big data projects
  • Coding using Spark and Scala based on given requirements
  • Unit testing and deployment of changes in higher environments
  • Fixing of bugs/errors
  • Work with clients and onshore teams to provide timely deliverables

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in big data development
  • Hands-on experience in Spark, Scala, and PySpark
  • Good knowledge in databases
  • Proficient in writing complex queries
  • Azure Data and Azure DevOps knowledge (a plus)
  • BIG DATA certification (a plus)

Please note that Big Data Administrator profiles are not eligible for this position.

As a successful candidate, you will be able to handle end-to-end project lifecycles and work in onshore-offshore working modes. You will also possess good analytical and verbal communication skills.
