Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled UIUX Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our design group, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that meet the needs of our customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Design Expertise: Proven skills in user research methodologies, wireframing, prototyping, visual design principles, interaction design, information architecture, usability testing, and accessibility design standards.
  • Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite; working understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Flutter for cross-platform mobile development.
  • Experience: 3-5 years experience designing iOS and Android applications with responsive design principles, cross-platform consistency, touch-friendly interfaces, and real-time data synchronization capabilities.
  • Complex Dashboard Development: 3+ years creating complex dashboards, data presentation systems, real-time monitoring interfaces, and multi-device data integration with actionable insights.
  • AI-Powered Design Tools: Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools including Figma AI features, generative design systems, automated prototyping workflows, and GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted productivity tools.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience documenting design decisions and sharing reasoning in design reviews across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
