Senior AI Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior AI Strategist to drive our AI practice forward. In this critical role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the vision, roadmap, and strategy for our AI initiatives.

About the Role
  • Align AI initiatives with broader digital transformation goals
  • Build and scale a high-performing team of AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and consultants
  • Develop service offerings in AI/ML, GenAI, data analytics, and intelligent automation
  • Establish delivery methodologies, reusable assets, and quality frameworks

You will oversee end-to-end project lifecycle—from ideation to deployment, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction across engagements.

Requirements
  • 15+ years of overall experience with at least 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science
  • 3+ years in a leadership role managing AI teams or practices
  • Proven success in building and scaling consulting practices
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLP, GenAI, and MLOps
  • Domain knowledge in BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing is a plus
