Job Title: Community Ambassador

About the Role:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for members, ensuring all their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Address member inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Foster strong relationships with members by actively understanding their requirements and feedback.
  • Plan and organize networking events, workshops, and social gatherings to encourage collaboration and meaningful connections among members.
  • Facilitate opportunities for members to strengthen the community through shared knowledge and experiences.
  • Cultivate an inclusive, positive, and supportive culture that celebrates diversity and engagement.
  • Oversee day-to-day space operations, including reservations, vendor coordination, and resource allocation.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, functionality, and overall well-being of the coworking space at all times.
  • Manage membership contracts, invoicing, and record-keeping to ensure seamless operations.
  • Track and analyze data related to occupancy, space utilization, and member satisfaction to measure performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare detailed reports and share insights with management to support decision-making and operational improvements.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with diverse members.
  • Showcase organizational skills to manage the operations and events of the coworking space effectively.
  • Exhibit knowledge of coworking industry trends, community management best practices, and facility management principles.
