Job Title: Senior Software Engineer CPU Specialist

We are seeking an experienced CPU software engineer to join our team in Bangalore, India.

About the Role

The successful candidate will contribute to the design and development of low-level firmware for CPU bootstrapping, power controller etc.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop firmware of boot, debug, idle and active CPU power management
  • Debug critical SW issues that are artifacts of any high-performance CPU microarchitecture
  • Define short and long-term SW architecture roadmap in accordance with Arm's architecture ISA evolution
  • Represent the CPU SW teams in engagements with Arm architects and third-party software partners

Your Background

To be successful in this role, you should have 10-20 years of experience in Firmware development, Bootrom, Arm-Trusted-Firmware, U-Boot, Slim bootloader, embedded software design, development and debugging in Modem technology.

You should also have expertise in ARMv8/v9 architecture, ARM processors, RISC-V, x86, Embedded C, C, Data Structure, CPU Performance Analysis, Benchmarks like SpecINT, Geekbench, ARM optimization, Windows performance Analysis.
