Senior Backend Systems Director

We are looking for a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in Golang and Python to drive our backend team forward. As Senior Backend Systems Director, you will be responsible for leading high-performing teams and spearheading the development of scalable backend systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple backend engineering teams (10+ engineers) across different projects.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and career development support to your team members.
  • Collaborate with product managers to define project requirements, develop solutions, and ensure successful delivery of B2C applications.
Requirements
  • 9+ years of professional experience in backend technologies.
  • Strong expertise in Golang and Python programming languages.
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-scale systems (≥10K RPM).
