  • Analyze customer data to create targeted product marketing interventions that increase feature visibility and address key challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute complex lifecycle journeys across multiple channels, including Push, Whatsapp, and Plotline.
  • Leverage lifecycle management tools like Clever Tap, Moengage, Plotline, or Gupshup to optimize user experiences and improve retention rates.
  • Develop and manage in-app communication strategies to effectively engage users throughout their lifecycle.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with lifecycle management tools and a strong understanding of data analysis and A/B testing methods.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail, with the ability to craft compelling messages that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Conceptual knowledge of product marketing principles and their application in driving business success.
  • Able to work independently, taking initiative and driving projects forward with minimal supervision.

  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
