Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telecalling Professional to manage and convert inbound and outbound leads for our real estate projects.

  • Handle client calls, understand requirements, nurture leads, and ensure high-quality customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Making outbound calls to prospective leads generated through marketing campaigns.
  • Scheduling and coordinating site visits for interested buyers.
  • Handling inbound queries, explaining project details, and resolving customer doubts.
  • Qualifying leads based on budget, requirements, and timelines.
  • Maintaining accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM.
  • Achieving daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Providing feedback to the sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns.
Eligibility Criteria
  • 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate or sales-related roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and English.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in follow-ups.
  • Ability to handle pressure and maintain professionalism in client interactions.
