Our organization seeks a seasoned cybersecurity project leader to oversee the execution of high-stakes projects across industrial OT and enterprise IT environments.
This role requires ownership of client-facing delivery, team management, and execution of comprehensive cybersecurity projects that span assessments, implementation, and managed services.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute end-to-end cybersecurity projects, leveraging expertise in both OT/IT domains.
- Define strategic delivery plans, allocate resources, manage risks, and ensure timely and quality completion.
Client Engagement & Governance
- Act as primary interface with customer stakeholders for all delivery matters.
Team & People Management
- Lead and manage delivery personnel, including senior engineers and program managers.
Process Adherence & Quality Assurance
- Ensure adherence to industry-leading delivery frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, ITIL, etc.).
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, along with certifications like PMP, ITIL, ISO 27001 LA, CISSP, or equivalent. They should also possess experience with advanced cybersecurity tools, such as NGFW, SIEM, EDR, IAM, PAM, vulnerability management, etc., and prior experience in managed services or consulting firms.
Must-have qualifications include 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity project delivery, including at least 5 years in team or program management, strong exposure to OT and/or IT cybersecurity technologies, services, and architectures, hands-on familiarity with industry standards, and client-facing experience with large industrial or infra clients.
