Our team is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our global technology company. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium, leveraging scripting languages such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, Ruby, and PHP.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on functional testing experience with applications like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle Cloud Fusion, and Financials. They should be able to analyze and improve existing test automation strategies and processes, drive automation adoption and productivity improvement through automation, and collaborate with development and QA teams across shores and define efficient methods to create.

This role is responsible for ensuring continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines include automated testing, empowering and enhancing delivery from offshore, driving innovation and continuous improvement, leading initiatives to drive reusability and consistency with industry standard best practices, mentoring and training team members on best practices in test automation, and creating detailed documentation for testing strategies and processes.

The qualifications required for this role include 12+ years of experience in software testing and test automation and 3+ years of experience working as a Test Lead and driving improvements. Mandatory skills include Selenium, Java, Mobile Testing, API, Python, C#, JavaScript, Ruby, PHP, and CI/CD pipeline.

The job requires the ability to design test automation frameworks using various scriptless automation tools including but not limited to Tosca, Test Complete, Robot Framework. A strong understanding of CI/CD processes is also essential.
