Job Title: Cybersecurity Engineer with Venafi Expertise

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team at Creospan Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Windows and Linux/Unix server administration, with expertise in managing and automating TLS/SSL certificate lifecycles.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in implementing secure automation solutions, contributing to the overall security and efficiency of our IT infrastructure, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Certificate Management:
    • Manage and oversee TLS/SSL certificate lifecycle using applications like Venafi, Sectigo Certificate Manager, DigiCert, and KeyFactor.
    • Design and implement automation solutions for certificate renewal and provisioning for network and application infrastructure.
    • Integrate automated certificate delivery to platforms like Azure Key Vault, ACM, and various cloud services.
    • Monitor and act on renewal notifications, ensuring compliance and uptime for high-critical production applications.
  • Server Administration and Scripting:
    • Administer Windows, Linux/Unix servers and ensure their optimal performance.
    • Develop and maintain Bash/PowerShell scripts to support automation and operational efficiency.
    • Utilize CICD tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and GitHub Actions for infrastructure management and automation.
  • Security and Compliance:
    • Manage Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Hardware Security Modules (HSMs).
    • Administer LDAP infrastructure to support authentication and directory services.
    • Provide support for IT audits, risk management, and information security practices.
  • Incident Management and Support:
    • Participate in major incident calls, troubleshoot and resolve critical issues, and support off-hours production changes and validations as needed.
  • Collaboration and Documentation:
    • Lead requirements gathering sessions and write detailed business and technical documentation.
    • Collaborate with Agile development teams and cross-functional teams across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Windows and Linux/Unix server administration.
  • Proficiency in Bash/PowerShell scripting for automation.
  • Hands-on experience with TLS/SSL certificate management tools (e.g., Venafi, Sectigo, DigiCert, KeyFactor).
  • Familiarity with integrating automated certificate delivery with cloud platforms like Azure Key Vault and ACM.
  • Solid knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), HSMs, and LDAP administration.
  • Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and GitHub Actions for CI/CD processes.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
