We are seeking a seasoned Agile Data Engineer to join our team in Chennai, focusing on Wealth Management projects. As an Agile Data Engineer, you will ensure that our teams follow agile methodologies and deliver high-quality results efficiently.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to guarantee smooth project execution
- Improve and maintain Scrum processes and tools
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve impediments
- Analyze and implement improvements to workflows and processes
In addition to your Agile expertise, we require a strong background in data engineering, including experience in data processing and documentation. Proficiency in SQL is mandatory, and knowledge of Python is a plus. Your previous experience should include at least two successful data engineering projects, and you must have a solid understanding of the Wealth Management domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring smooth project execution through effective facilitation of daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Maintaining and improving Scrum processes and tools to optimize performance
- Collaborating with development teams to resolve impediments and improve workflows
- Analyzing and implementing improvements to processes and workflows
