Senior Product Quality Manager

We are seeking a Senior Product Quality Manager to implement and maintain quality management systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Quality System Implementation
  • Develop and deploy quality management systems that meet customer requirements.
  • Align factory processes with customer standards and conduct periodic audits to ensure system effectiveness.
  • Participate in quality planning during New Product Introduction at factories.
  1. Cross-functional Collaboration & Problem-Solving
  • Achieve customer/internal quality targets and drive corrective actions at factories.
  • Lead root cause analysis and track corrective/preventive measures.
  • Investigate customer complaints, coordinate internal factory reviews, and submit reports to customers.
  1. Process Quality Control & Yield Improvement
  • Monitor key manufacturing process quality data and review inspection standards to ensure compliance with product requirements.
  • Promote quality tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC) at factories.
  1. Supplier & Incoming Material Quality Control
  • Analyze IQC data and drive supplier improvements.
  • Organize cross-functional meetings for supply chain quality issues.
  • Manage RMA processes and supplier claims.
  1. Customer Audits & Quality Improvement
  • Lead/support customer audits, prepare documentation, and ensure non-conformance closures.
  • Develop improvement plans based on factory quality reports.
  1. Overseas Localized Quality Management
  • Adapt to local factory dynamics and bridge communication between headquarters and overseas teams.
Qualifications & Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
